From the solution to the implementation and players

The experience has shown that all technical or organisational solution can only be successful if it is communicated in the right way. The right action requires knowledge. The right knowledge can only be imparted through effective communication. The emac-Team has had years of experience in this field and considers communication as an integral part of its services.

Project Management and Public Relations:

• We inform, coordinate and integrate the affected people, the players and the stakeholders during the planning, preparation and implementation of a project (e.g. in the regional development, in landscape development concepts, communal overall projects or in integral ameliorations). Part of this is for example the participatory development of objectives, the weighing of the objectives, as well as the preparation of manuals.

Environmental Education and Communication:

• We assist companies in their internal formation programs within the implementation of Cleaner-Production. In the development cooperation we support the authorities in the elaboration and implementation of EIA procedures. We develop adequate participatory procedures for discussion and decision making in multi-objective land consolidations and community development projects. For this we also publish the necessary manuals. Furthermore we advise our clients in issues concerning the improvement of environmental observation and information systems, as well as in questions on how to spread environmental information, e.g. for which tasks and products environmental information needs to be provided, what target audience is to be addressed and which communication media would be most suitable.
